Skimmer

A wall-mounted unit that draws the top few centimetres of pool water into the filtration circuit, harvesting floating debris, dust and oils before they sink.

In a skimmer pool the water sits ~15 cm below the deck, and one skimmer serves roughly 25 m² of surface. Place skimmers on the wall the wind blows toward, so the breeze helps deliver debris to them.
